Privacy Policy

Last updated: 28 June 2026

This is placeholder text to illustrate the structure of our privacy policy. It is not legal advice and does not yet reflect a final, reviewed document.

1 · What we store

We store the information needed to run your account: your email address, the RSS feed URLs you connect, the imported article content you bring in, the projects you create, the generated assets you export, and billing references held by our payment provider. We do not store full payment card numbers.

2 · How we use it

We use your data to operate SwipeStack — to import your feeds, build and store your projects, generate and deliver your carousels, process subscriptions, and provide support. We also use aggregated, non-identifying signals to keep the service reliable and to improve how it works.

3 · We don't sell or train on your writing

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your writing to train AI models unless you explicitly opt in. Your imported articles and the carousels you create stay yours and are used only to provide the features you asked for.

4 · Third parties / subprocessors

We rely on a small set of trusted subprocessors to run SwipeStack — for hosting and storage, database infrastructure, payment processing through Stripe, and the social platforms you choose to publish to. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.

5 · Your rights

You can export your account data at any time, and you can delete individual feeds, projects, or your entire account. Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, you also have rights to access, correct, restrict, and object to certain processing of your personal data. We act on verified requests within the timelines required by law.

6 · Contact

If you have questions about this policy or want to exercise your privacy rights, contact us at privacy@swipestack.app. We'll respond as quickly as we can and work with you to resolve any concerns.
